It is stated that the suit property is a shared household under Section 2 read with section 17 of the said Act. It is also stated that the suit is not maintainable as the plaintiff has no right, title or interest in the property in question. It is further stated that the CS(OS) 505/2010 Page 2 of 15 father of the plaintiff was not the single surviving male member of the HUF. He was a member of the HUF with his wife, daughter and defendant no.2
